Some locations (such as hotels, airports, workplaces, shopping malls, or other private properties) use charging stations managed by charge point operators that are part of the JLR Charging public charging network.

If you authenticate using your JLR Charging charging card, the session is processed as a public charging session, even if the station is located on private property.
This means the public charging fees apply, and these sessions cannot be refunded.

To avoid unexpected charges, please make sure not to use your JLR Charging charging card when charging at a private station. Only use your JLR Charging card or app when you intend to charge at a public charging station.
