Yes, we can reissue an invoice, but only under specific conditions.
If you have updated your personal details (such as your name, company name, address, or salutation) in the app or web portal and need a new version of your invoice reflecting these changes, please contact our customer service team.
Important:
- We can only reissue open (unpaid) invoices.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to reissue invoices that have already been paid.
What do you need to do?
- Make sure your updated personal data is saved and correctly visible in your account.
- Once confirmed, contact our customer service team and request a reissue of your open invoice(s).
What happens next?
We will:
- Verify that your updated information is visible in your account.
- Select the eligible open invoice(s).
- Trigger the reissuing process.
You will then receive the reissued invoice(s) with your updated data via email.
